 WELCOME:

Hello from the members of the Middleburg Kennel Club. We are a Member Club of the American Kennel Club, and operate as an all-breed dog club serving Loudoun County, Virginia. Being in Loudoun County, and more specifically, Middleburg, puts us squarely in Virginia's fox hunting country--thus the running fox logo.

Our purpose is to advance the well being of pure-bred dogs by:
  • educating the public through information fairs, community activities and this web site
  • putting on two all-breed dog shows each year
  • teaching show handling for those interested in showing their dogs in conformation classes
  • following the highest standards in our own breeding programs.
  • supporting the education of small animal vets by establishing and funding the Marie Moore Scholarship Fund for Virginia residents attending the Virginia Tech's School of Veterinary Medicine

For more information about the club visit our FAQs page.

SPECTATORS WELCOME

The last weekend of October is at the end of the Fall colors, the weather is crisp and the show is one of the country's best.

Plan to join us on the last weekend of October, 2008, to see all of the dogs and the activities...all breed comformation, obedience, junior showmanship and rally.

All it will cost is the $5 per car parking fee. And while you're at the show tour the beautiful Oatlands Plantation Grounds.
